DISCOUNT & COMMISSION STRUCTURE
Under our Practitioners Reward scheme, Practitioners receive a 25% discount off all selected herbal supplements for up to 5 items and under of any single and/or multiple products using our Practitioner voucher code and 40% off bulk orders, which exceed purchasing 6 items or more of the same product.
For our commission scheme, 20% of each purchase made using a client voucher code is split between the client and their practitioner. The client receives their 5% discount on each individual purchase made whilst the practitioner receives a 15% commission bonus on every sale. Only one Discount/Commission structure may be applied to each purchase. The practitioner may request to withdraw from the scheme at any time. This bonus is paid direct into the practitioner’s bank account via BACS payment. Payments are made every quarter after they are earnt; if commissions do not reach £5 by payment day, they will not be paid until the following quarter.
By agreeing to these terms & conditions you understand that we cannot guarantee this payment is made on the same day each quarter and that payments may be held for over a month before being processed. Discounts do not apply to all items...

VOUCHER CODE USAGE
All voucher codes associated with the Triveda Practitioner Reward Scheme can only to be used by the registered user and no other persons, customers, clients or practitioners. Triveda Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend a practitioners and/or clients card scheme upon confirming a transaction has been processed by an unregistered user.
List Prices The trade prices with 25% and 40% off online prices are available to practitioners and clinics only. The prices are correct at the time of going live online, however we reserve the right to amend prices due to the event of seasonal and market fluctuations without notice. All prices for the Goods are in £ Sterling, if paying in Euros the current bank exchange rates will apply.
TO PLACE AN ORDER
Trade Account: To open a trade account with us please fill and return the Practitioners Trade Account Form online with a copy of your Ayurvedic qualification certificate. Once a trade account has been set up you can order via our website, by email or by filling in an order form (on request).

To place your order, complete the order form online and print out before checkout and emailed to us on email@example.com. Once received, we will email you a Pro Forma invoice with our bank details, once payment has been received and the funds cleared, your delivery will be despatched via first class Royal Mail.
Payment shall be made at the time that the order is placed and a Pro forma invoice is raised (for Bulk orders). Payment may be made by, and is accepted by, cheque, BACS payment or direct bank payment: Cheques must be made payable to “Triveda Ltd” and crossed “payee only”.
If paying by cheque, deliveries will be made within 3 working days after receipt of cleared funds. Next day and weekend deliveries can be arranged, and price will be quoted for this service at the point of request. Delivery charges will vary dependant on order value, parcel weight and destination. The risk of damage to or loss of Goods ordered from Triveda Herbs will pass to the Customer when the goods are delivered. Triveda Ltd shall not be liable to compensate the Trade Customer by way of damages or otherwise for non-delivery or late delivery of the Goods or for any loss consequential or otherwise arising from non-delivery or late delivery.

Practitioners prescribing herbal supplements to their clients must be solely liable to check what prescription medication their clients are currently taking and intend to also take nutritional or herbal supplements purchased from Triveda Ltd that the combination of their prescription medication and supplements or natural remedies are suitable.
We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect, or consequential) which may arise from clients buying supplements recommended by their practitioners through our website.
DATE USE AND SALES DETAILS
Under the Data Protection Act 1998, practitioner and/or client details stored by Triveda Ltd are not disclosed or distributed to other practitioners, clients or third parties. Any person may request a copy of details we hold on them, including contact details, personal sales and commission totals if applicable. Practitioners may request anonymous sales reports of their client’s purchases giving only the date of sale and total amount. We are unable to disclose who made the purchase and what items were sold.
If a practitioner wishes to discern further detailed information we must receive a letter containing written consent from the client specifying precisely what information may be disclosed to their practitioner. By agreeing to these terms and conditions all practitioners given permission by their clients to obtain data also agree to not disclose this information to any other persons or third parties.
