Our Terms and Conditions provide you with all of the information required to make your shopping experience with Triveda Ltd as easy and enjoyable as possible.

To order from our Shopping Section simply:
  • check the boxes with the required quantities 
  • add to cart 
  • proceed to checkout
  • and finally proceed to our secure transaction server. 
It is a good idea to print out a record of your order at the Shopping Cart Checkout stage, STEP 1. 

Confirmation of your credit card details will then appear on screen. You will shortly receive an email confirming your order details.

Trade Practitioners should first register and set up an account with us, providing proof of certificate. Once you have registered with us you can order online by logging in to your account.

By Cheque (For Trade Practitioners Only)

If you prefer you may print out your shopping basket details from our website at Step 1 of the checkout process and forward this to us with a cheque for the appropriate amount. Please contact us to establish the postage charge. Orders will be dispatched once payment has been cleared.

Please make cheques payable to Triveda Ltd. and ensure that your cheque guarantee card number, card expiry date and your address have been printed on the reverse side of the cheque. Any errors may delay your order so please check carefully. Send your order to:

By Email (For Trade Practitioners Only)
Once you have set up a Trade Account with us, you can email us your order on herbs@triveda.co.uk quoting your account number.


We are very happy to accept orders from the EU and aim to make the ordering process for our customers as simple as possible.
Please complete the Personal Details form at the Checkout remembering to state country for delivery. We will confirm by e-mail when your order has been dispatched.

Average delivery times vary according to the method of despatch, but please allow 28 days before contacting us in the event of non-delivery. 


List Prices. The prices listed are correct at the time of going to print, however we reserve the right to amend prices due to the event of seasonal and market fluctuations without notice. Trade prices apply to Practitioners and Trade Account holders only. All prices for the Goods are in £ Sterling, if paying in Euros the current bank exchange rates will apply. 

Shipping and Delivery: All our parcels are delivered through the Royal Mail and can be delivered either by 1st class or 2nd class delivery. We aim to deliver your first class parcels by the next working day including Saturdays if ordered before 10am. 2nd Class deliveries take 2 -3 working days including Saturdays. All our deliveries are mailed using a confirmation of postage. Orders over £50 will be delivery through Royal Mail confirmed requiring a signature on delivery.

If your order exceeds more than 36 bottles, then please contact us for an accurate delivery cost.


The Customer must inspect the Goods within 24 hours after delivery. 
Goods damaged in transit must be reported to the carrier on delivery and to Triveda within 1 day of receipt. Shortages must be notified within 2 days. 

Should any goods be damaged, please email us with the name of the product to request a replacement. All damaged goods must be returned in their original packaging. Do not continue to use items when damaged, as you will then be deemed to have accepted the goods in their damaged condition. Unfortunately, we are unable to reimburse charges or replace items until we have received your returned goods Please allow 28 days for reimbursement or issue of replacement goods, so that the faulty goods may be examined. Postage and packaging fees will be reimbursed both for the original and return despatch on justified damages.

The risk of damage to or loss of Goods ordered from Triveda Herbs will pass to the Customer when the goods are delivered. Triveda Ltd shall not be liable to compensate the Customer by way of damages or otherwise for non-delivery or late delivery of the Goods or for any loss consequential or otherwise arising from non-delivery or late delivery. 


We offer all our customers the right to cancel their order before despatch or return their order and request a refund within 21 days of receipt. 

We offer 21 days unconditional approval on any item purchased from Triveda Ltd. You can either claim a full refund (less postage and packaging) on any item returned to us within 21 days providing it has been unopened, or you may exchange any item. You do not have to give a reason for returning or exchanging the goods. 

Refunds and exchanges may only be processed when we have received the returned items. 
It is advisable to obtain a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office and consider insuring your parcel in the event of loss or damage, as we cannot compensate for parcels that are damaged or mislaid in transit. 

On receipt of a returned item that was originally paid for by credit card, a reimbursement will only be made to the credit card account of the person who originally paid for the goods. 

If you require an exchange your credit card will be re-charged on despatch. Cheque refunds can only be made in the name of the original customer. 


Storage. All herbal products should be stored in a cool, dry place and out of direct sunlight. All of our products have passed rigorous quality control tests and we cannot be responsible for degradation of any material. 



Under our Practitioners Reward scheme, Practitioners receive a 25% discount off all selected herbal supplements for up to 5 items and under of any single and/or multiple products using our Practitioner voucher code and 40% off bulk orders, which exceed purchasing 6 items or more of the same product. 

For our commission scheme, 20% of each purchase made using a client voucher code is split between the client and their practitioner. The client receives their 5% discount on each individual purchase made whilst the practitioner receives a 15% commission bonus on every sale. Only one Discount/Commission structure may be applied to each purchase. The practitioner may request to withdraw from the scheme at any time. This bonus is paid direct into the practitioner’s bank account via BACS payment. Payments are made every quarter after they are earnt; if commissions do not reach £5 by payment day, they will not be paid until the following quarter.

By agreeing to these terms & conditions you understand that we cannot guarantee this payment is made on the same day each quarter and that payments may be held for over a month before being processed. Discounts do not apply to all items...

All voucher codes associated with the Triveda Practitioner Reward Scheme can only to be used by the registered user and no other persons, customers, clients or practitioners. Triveda Ltd reserves the right to cancel or amend a practitioners and/or clients card scheme upon confirming a transaction has been processed by an unregistered user.

List Prices The trade prices with 25% and 40% off online prices are available to practitioners and clinics only. The prices are correct at the time of going live online, however we reserve the right to amend prices due to the event of seasonal and market fluctuations without notice. Trade Account: To open a trade account with us please fill and return the Practitioners Trade Account Form online with a copy of your Ayurvedic qualification certificate. Once a trade account has been set up you can order via our website, by email or by filling in an order form (on request). 


If you would like to order 6 or more items of any product

Via email: To place your order, complete the order form online and print out before checkout and emailed to us on herbs@triveda.co.uk. Once received, we will email you a Pro Forma invoice with our bank details, once payment has been received and the funds cleared, your delivery will be despatched via first class Royal Mail. 

Payment Terms Payment shall be made at the time that the order is placed and a Pro forma invoice is raised (for Bulk orders). Payment may be made by, and is accepted by, cheque, BACS payment or direct bank payment: Cheques must be made payable to “Triveda Ltd” and crossed “payee only”. 

Deliveries: If paying by cheque, deliveries will be made within 3 working days after receipt of cleared funds. Next day and weekend deliveries can be arranged, and price will be quoted for this service at the point of request. Delivery charges will vary dependant on order value, parcel weight and destination. The risk of damage to or loss of Goods ordered from Triveda Herbs will pass to the Customer when the goods are delivered. Triveda Ltd shall not be liable to compensate the Trade Customer by way of damages or otherwise for non-delivery or late delivery of the Goods or for any loss consequential or otherwise arising from non-delivery or late delivery.

If you would like to order 5 or less items of any products then online is the quickest way:
Order via Triveda Shop: once your Trade account has been set up and a voucher code has been provided. All major credit/debit cards as well as PayPal will be accepted 


Practitioners prescribing herbal supplements to their clients must be solely liable to check what prescription medication their clients are currently taking and intend to also take nutritional or herbal supplements purchased from Triveda Ltd that the combination of their prescription medication and supplements or natural remedies are suitable.

We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect, or consequential) which may arise from clients buying supplements recommended by their practitioners through our website.

Under the Data Protection Act 1998, practitioner and/or client details stored by Triveda Ltd are not disclosed or distributed to other practitioners, clients or third parties. Any person may request a copy of details we hold on them, including contact details, personal sales and commission totals if applicable. Practitioners may request anonymous sales reports of their client’s purchases giving only the date of sale and total amount. We are unable to disclose who made the purchase and what items were sold.

If a practitioner wishes to discern further detailed information we must receive a letter containing written consent from the client specifying precisely what information may be disclosed to their practitioner. By agreeing to these terms and conditions all practitioners given permission by their clients to obtain data also agree to not disclose this information to any other persons or third parties.

We do not pass on your details to any third party or organisation.


If you sign up to our newsletter we may use your email address to send you information about products or services. You can opt out of these at any point and you can ask for personal data to stop being recorded at any time.

In providing the service of any notice, it will be sufficient to prove, in the case of a letter, that the letter was properly addressed, stamped and placed in the post and, in the case of an email that the email was sent to the specified email address.


These terms are governed by the English law. Any contract for the purchase of goods from this site and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with any such contract will be governed by the English law. You and we both agree that the courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction. However, if you are a resident in Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in Northern Ireland, and if you are a resident in Scotland you may also bring proceedings in Scotland.
